I was conned by these thieves just last week. I have already made a complaint to the tribunal and intend to take the process all the way untill I get my money back, and even after that.

Jeff - 0166377133The idea of “Wijaya Watch” website is brilliant and thanks for putting the website up. The info available is definitely very helpful. Their business model is based on the assumption that only a small percentage of people conned would go through the trouble of lodging complaints etc, and that is why they are still operating. Having info such as this publicised would bring up the number of complaints which is what we want.
There are also several discussion on this going on at www.consumer.com.my, maybe you could include a link there as well (I will do this next time I post). Anyway let me know if there is anything I can do to help make sure these criminals are taken down for good.

Well Lashan, I’m thankful that you are contributing in Wijaya Watch. The information you’ve provided would definitely be useful for consumers, especially those near Puchong. I do notice a lot of threads regarding Wijaya Marketing in consumer.com.my, and have linked to the search results for posts containing Wijaya Marketing in Wijaya Watch’s sidebar.
The more people exposed to Wijaya Watch, the better. Consumers need to be aware of the frauds and scams conducted by Wijaya Marketing and Welley Corporation.

Hi, I also become a victim just last week! same place with lashan at Wijaya Marketing Puchong. What should i do now? everday i call the agent/supervisor WM and he promise to me that he want to help to sell the product. Untill now, he alwalys give an excuse and try to delay it.i;m very stress right now.what should i do? yesterday i make a report at Putrajaya at the comsumer claim tribunal and i also call the WM supervisor. you know what he said”u nak repot,repot la!”.Is it possible i win this case?please help me

Hi.. there…. luckily i and my family not become a victim…. last week… one chiness man name : Lau Kok Sang, I/C 801029-08-5133 Liciene No. : 656933-W has come to my brother in-law house. Actually i was not there but late evening my sister call me to lend my money about RM2,500.00 and she ask me to bring the money to her… i was thinking why she need a lot a money.. so then i go there… when i arrive at the house.. i suddenly saw a lot of ‘kad gores’ and i know… what is ‘he’ has ‘klentong’ to my brother in law… then.. to make my brother trust what i’m supposed to tell them… i’ve made a call to police station and asking about this Wijaya Marketing Sdn. Bhd. And off course i absolutely right for what i’ve thinking…… they’re cheated….. so.. i told my brother all i know… then the chinese man begin very hot… because my brother doesn’t want to scratch the card… he so tempered… and said “U all 1 family very lugi lo….”
Actually…. Sape sebenarnya yang rugi…? Chinnese man tu la yang rugi sebab tak dapat pekena kan kita orang…. bukan main pandai lagi… dia kelntong siap ada keratan akhbar lagi…. so u’ alll there jangan trust kat orang yang menawarkan kad gores nie… penipu jer.. nie… memang pandai dia org berkata2… silap langkah kita yang rugi….

I just finished my hearing today, as usual the cowards didn’t show up and WM was issued with a court order to refund the money. So winning the case is no problem at all. The president at the tribunal actually knew exactly how they operate, so if you have filed your complaint with the tribunal you can consider the case won. I haven’t gotten the money yet, so I am still not getting my hopes up. Don’t waste time calling them if they don’t agree to a full refund or try to negotiate. They will try to call your bluff by asking you to report. Pls feel free to post or ask any other questions that you may have.

Nope, not yet… they have 14 days to comply. If not I have to send a letter to the enforcement division of the tribunal, who will proceed to recover the money and also enforce a fine of RM 1000 for each day they delay or something like that. Hopefully WM will have the brains to realise when they have lost and make the payments…
