Welley Corporation Sdn Bhd continues to illegally operate their scratch and win scams. This time they have activated another proxy company to scam unsuspecting people; Nabinco Network Sdn Bhd (Co. reg no 734447-X, AJL no 931732734447-X).

I Back my case is not over yet in recent months. However my award has failed not fully refunding money back to me so I went to make a report at perdangangan to retrieve fully enforcement. After 2 months later, they cant find a person manager was involve the case but havent get fully details. If the court fine them either go jail or pay then if I not mistaken they told me cannot fully guarantee will paying back depending to TTPM tribunal… ok something was not right about that if the case has solved and not refunding my money back thats a big issue problem…. the court get money and i dont get money really screwing up… I not sure whats into their system…

On 15 Sep 09. I had went to Starr Healthcare at
no. 41-21, Jalan 1/116B Kuchai Enterpreneur’s Park,
Off Kuchai Lama
and had talked to Mr. Tan and he claimed that our Invoice named “Microdia Trading” is not from Starr Healthcare. Today morning, just went to Starr Healthcare at
34-2, Jalan Prima 2, Prima Business Centre, Kepong, W.P., KL and the lady clerk there also claimed not from Starr Heathcare.
I just know off that there are many other companies beside “Starr Healthcare” setup temporary to cheat people.

Dear all,
I just got conned today at the Sungai Wang Monorail Station. An 18 year old boy approached me whilst I was walking on the overhead bridge between Sungai Wang and Lot 10. The style is the same and I was foolish enough to fall for it. People please beware of these scumbags. I didn’t know what I was thinking at that time and I think now that I must have been overwhelmed by greed and sympathy for the young boy who had to work at such a young age.
Thanks to everyone who has posted up their opinions and their recommendation here. It really helped a lot to put my mind at ease for a while. I will be heading up to their office tomorrow morning with an inspector (hopefully) to seek for a refund from them. If they refuse, I will get those ex-convicts that I have defended to teach them a lesson!

Sorry, forgot to add, the name of the company is Starr Healthcare (M) Sdn Bhd- but there were certain documents which bears the name- Nabinco Network as well. Beware of these two names! the branch that I was brought to was a branch in Taman Danau Desa.

my last update here was May 5, 2009..i’m so sad when still more and more people got conned by these rats..I’m so glad of this site has helped me so much…for your info, i won back my money after hearing at tribunal court..the company being asked to pay me as simmilar to the total amount of 1.5K ..i received my check on wednesday (i go personaly to the company) , May 13 and it took 3 days to clear at bank..i cash out my money on saturday that week…until now, everywhere in KL the rats is still doing that job..my advice to you people please beware of them and if you got conned by them, just follow in detail step by step all what has been instructed here in this blog..still so long story to tell here..i’ll come back soon

hi..i want to ask u some question..after the award, did u straight go to the company and ask them pay back the money to you? my case was in jun and i won the award in september but the company starr healthcare keeps on delaying the payment..im suffering now..i’ve been seeking help from kpdhn officer but none of the action is taken. i’ve sent the award to them by post but its returned back..so i wonder does the company still exist. can i have advise from you? thanks..

im in batu pahat.. juz wanna let batu pahat people know that starr healthcare is coming to town..i juz dibongokkan last sunday..kat carrefour batu pahat..they stil use the same strategy.. i was in the car, suddenly one beruk came n offer me to tear the voucher.. the silver color came out and…… “waaa!!! kakak! kakak sula menang hadiah! mari ke pejabat (sambil lompat2 mcm monyet)!” at the ofis… “kakak! tggal hadiah kereta, jade mattrees n luit 20k saja..tapi sblom scan, kakak kena byr cukai iklan sama penghantaran sebanyak 8k dlu n br amik adiah..” dengan bongoknya, i paid them.. n lets scan the silver round…..”kakak, kakak dpt jade mattress! takpa, kakak balik dulu, saya bole tlg kakak jual dgn harga 20k di singapore..ini ic saya, bole potostet klu kakak tak pecaya saya”… dua kali bongok lah if i let them keep that stupid mattress.. so went home.. n check the original price of that stupid mattress.. shit! its only 4k..n at e-bay, only 1k! noooo! i immediately went to the polis stesen n lodge a repot..on monday i repot to kdpn..n today is thursday..i still waiting n hoping that i will get my money back.. PEOPLE IN BATU PAHAT, BEWARE.. “IT” is here!!!!!

I was victim of this Scam last year july. luckily i went to tribunal of consumer and able to claim back my money.
Last night , i saw them near the Masjid Jamek LRT Station. there have new Card updated is 2010!!!

in my case, before all things started, i mean go to tribunal, firstly after made a police report, i call the company and i search for the supervisor who sell the goods to me, i told him i want back my money, he react so angry and he said he want to to report to police if i keep calling and calling back the company many times, then i threat him back that i the one who suppose to threat him to police not him..then i said, i already made a police report then he silent..i told him, i’m going to tribunal for further action and i say get ready for any of my upcoming claim..my purpose to do so was to let them know so that in early time they could bookmark your receipt no to be someone call for a return soon…then, i end the call with a clear message to them and i believe they got ready for any claim from me soon..secondly, to tribunal..i won the case and finally the award letter to the company..this is the problem..i search google for further help and i got all from here..i found that there has the main office in Penang to this company i mean the HQ..so, what i do, any letter that i send to tribunal or to the company, i made a copy and include my personal letter to them..i send both to HQ in Penang and the branch at Kuchai Lama…when the AR come, they sign it mean they got it..i made immediate call to the supervisor again and he say just wait in some time and he promise to provide the check for me…in few week i got call from them asking me to collect the check at Kuchai Lama..then i took the risk, i bring the receipt and the JAde Mattress and give to them..a cute chinesse wth a shy face at the counter ask me for the receipt and she gave me the check, RM 1500 the amount that i pay to them, i say thanks and i even ask to pinjam their toilet..in a room there i saw few people may be their mastermind in discusiion of their kerja gila.. i got scared seeing them too but they dont go out to talk…rainy day outside wth storm..i say to myself, this is the sign that i won, God really help me for the solution as i’ve pray..i deposit the check to my account and after 3 days, my ATM card show my nmoney back..this is lifetime lesson for me and you all people outside there dont give up…for Mindy if u still dont get back yours, try to resend the award letter once again to their main office at Penang and also again to their branch and also dont be afraid make call and call them again and again..good luck

thanks for your reply..i haven got my money back..they refused to pay me full amount although i’ve won the case.they gave the excuse that they have changed the company name and they didnt need to pay me the money. i tried to send the award to them but all were returned back to me because there’s no starr healthcare now..so can i ask what should i do..
