In what is a move that is long overdue, scratch and win contests, which is Welley Corporation’s modus operandi has been banned in Malaysia. Here is the full article which is published on The Star:
PUTRAJAYA: Scratch-and-win contests, normally used by direct selling companies to deceive consumers into buying their goods, have been banned with immediate effect.
Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister Datuk Shafie Apdal, in announcing this today, said the trade gimmick, which has spread to the rural areas, was banned because it was harmful to consumers, many of whom had been deceived into buying substandard goods.
Speaking to reporters after attending the ministry’s monthly assembly here today, he said a total of 6,903 complaint cases were filed with the Consumer Claims Tribunal in the first 10 months of this year.
The highest number of 1,393 cases were related to scratch-and-win contests, followed by 529 cases which involved vehicle purchases.
One of the scam’s victims Satilah Mahmood, who lost RM27,000 this year, welcomed the move.
“My family is now saddled with debts. It is not that I can get back my money, but at least other people will not fall victim to such scams anymore,” said the 42-year-old civil servant from Johor Baru.
The syndicate had called Satilah’s home in February telling her that she was in the running to win home theatre systems, massage chairs and even cars.
Her family deposited money in instalments to the company, and they received the home theatre system and a massage chair. Both broke down within weeks of delivery.
She never saw her money again, nor the people who took her money as they had moved out of their rented office lot.
As much as this is good news, I’m still wary of Welley Corporation’s criminal activities. I’m very sure that they will use other other tactics to get pass the law. They are known to be a group of scheming, conniving and lying thieves.
I’m hoping that the authorities will just proceed and shut this organisation down for good and put the criminals behind this scam group behind bars for a very long time.
And until Welley Corporation is dead and buried, rest assured that Welley Corporation Watch will always be around exposing these criminals.

here something i can share with you guys..
things to be done..
- police report (but contributed nothing at all!!)
- tribunal report – important (to get award)
- dispute transaction (if via credit card) – extremely important (i’ll tell you why its vital)
- kpdn report (just to inform kpdn that this company exist & harm to people. other than that, it contributes nothing much in order for you to get your money)
- NCC report – important (as NCC will give you the fully support to force kpdn to take actions)
- keep all the receipts (if you have any), business cards, address & contact number
- if ever you GO to the office, get any confirmation / promised / aggrement letter done earlier to be signed by yourself & company. You may put anything you wish as this can be evidence that they agreed / promised you anything – ask if you need further info from me.
Now.. for those who done credit card payments, dispute transaction is important (even the investigation – international standard – will take up to 45 days) as if the company Cabut or Closedown, you can still get the reversed-transaction, in other words, the transaction can be cancelled with the AWARD FROM TRIBUNAL. by sense, when tribunal order an award, you’re in the right side. Fax the Award copy to your credit card bank & this can be considered as your rights – and the dispute SHOULD BE SOLVED IN YOUR FAVOUR. if needs any clarification, just buzz me, but i guess i’ve given FULL info with FULL steps.
Additional – ensure you fill in the RIGHT DISPUTE TRANSACTION FORM as many of local banks are sucks at this! if possible, fax it directly to the fraud department DO NOT SEND IT TO CUSTOMER CARE/SERVICE.

Tak payah nak kesal sekarang.kitorang tak pernah nak tipu korang pun.kita dah janji nak bagi hadiah kat korang so bila dah bagi,sedap mulut je nak cakap kitorang ni kaki tipu.Koranglah kaki laknat!Tamak sangat nak dapat hadiah besar konon.Semua peraduan pun memang kena beli barang baru boleh menang hadiah.kitorang dah bagitau awal2 syarat menang hadiah so apa lagi yang tak puas hati sekarang?pandai nak cakap orang bastard,habis korang ingat korang tu anak Tuhan ke?memang padan dengan muka dah kena K kitorang…dah tau kitorang nak tipu korang,awal2 jangan layan udahlah….i memang sokong pada Jennifer pasal kepala dia memang bijak…KAMI ORANG WELLEY MEMANG TERBAIK!banyak orang yang dapat hadiah yang lumayan,cuma korang je yang kurang bernasib baik.So next time cubalah lagi…kena jampi kuat2 untuk dapat kereta yang lebih besar,ok…sembahyanglah kuat2,ok…selamat tahun baru cina aku ucapkan pada semua jembalang yang dah kena aku punya K.Usahalah cari banyak2 duit sebab lepas ini rumah kau pula jadi mangsa aku.AKU DEWI!Aku tak mudah putus asa dan sentiasa tabah kaut kepercayaan anda.

banyak kasihan sama korang smua….sebab tak sedar diri tu bodoh…diperbodohkan oleh welley tu. Orang atas makin kaya hasil tipu korang orang bawahan. Mak bapak hantar belajar, tapi besar buat kerja macam ni…kasihannn.
Bagi kitaorang ni, kalau lu tahu itu longkang, ada banyak sampahkan…kamu smua orang welley ibarat itu sampah la… buat semak dunia saja.Tapi mungkin ada orang kata u orang welley bukan setakat sampah saja tapi sudah jadi itu ulat sampah… Orang smua mahu lumba berjaya dan kaya in positive ways, tapi korang nak berjaya by doing this low class cheating…memang kasihannn

tak kira la apa yg berlaku… I dari Ezono Network..Worldwide freshway dan nabinco network tmn Bayu perdana Klang…. kita tak pernah takut kepada kerajaan.. sebab kebanyakan kerajaan dah memihak kepada kita kerana duit yg kita berikan lebih dari rakyat.. Balai Polis… ha,ha,…. I pergi sana jamin budak dulu mcm masuk restoran je.. salam sana..salam sini.. lepas tu org keluar tanpa rasuah.. Kongsi gelap.. lagi tak payah cakap… hitam/putih dah dalam tangan kita.. apa kita nak takut.?? KPDN kata rampas product lebih dari jumlah RM1juta.. tepuk dada tanya selera.. dah ambil lepas tu pulang ke atau rampas saja.?? mesti lah pulang.. dan u org tengok tv.. itu cuma lakonan dari kita dan kerajaan.. lepas tu office tetap buka.. saman ditarik then kerajaan cari lesen yg baru utk kita.. sebab duit kita ada.. walau duit itu tipu.. Patahkan semangat u org saja la… dah 9 tahun u org bersama kerajaan kata nak menbanteras Gores DAN MENANG… I baru 19.. duit dah banyak.. cuma 3 tahun i kerja dan kerja pertama selepas henti sekolah.. I dah puas.. Cuma Boss besar yg masih tak puas.. I pasti..masih ramai akan terkena lagi pada masa yg akan datang sebab mereka nak cari duit sekali gus lepas tu buat business lain.. Kepada syarikat seluruh Malaysia… GOOD LUCK…. Dan Mangsa atau yg belum… Berhati-hati… kalau beli barang tak apa lah tapi dalam jumlah Rm3k-6k.. Cuma takut u org ditipu dgn janji kereta.. Itu jumlah duit bkn sikit kalau kena tipu.. Dan AWAS NABINCO NETWORK DI MELAKA. MALIM JAYA.. MANAGER NAMA-Lim AH SENG….. KERANI- TRACY LOh… Supervisor-HONG SIAO BOON…. dan TAN SHI WEN…. Ini maklumat yg i boleh berikan… tumpaskan mereka di Malim jaya,melaka.. Polis dah ambil rasuah mereka.. termasuk KPDN.. I dah tarik diri dari situasi antara GORES DAN MENANG ATAU MANGSANYA… I BUKAN SEBAHAGIAN… GOOD LUCK KEPADA 2 PIHAK.. Tengok lah siapa yg ada kemampuan utk menjatuhkan Syarikat ini.?? I memang nak tengok tapi tak harapkan..

i was approached today by people of this company they claimed they were doing a survey and offered me a draw for a scratch and win and “lucky for me” i won…
i sensed something was wrong when i went to their office and it was not like the office of sm1 who was giving away free cars bt then i came home and googled the company’s name i got from the reciept and found out it was fake. thank god i found out. and thnx to all the people who put an effort to expose them.
