hello all
im the last victim unfortunately . im an iranian student that this bastered cheated me and actually im not unfamillier with malaysia illigal activities and crimes. so i need the most help from your true people . sorrily i dont know these people place but im sure its near to sunway lagon pjs .i payed all in cash and its too difficult to show how much i spent. but before this cheat i asked one of my friend who is the scurity in my apartment and he was in all stages with me.
so please help me again i lose 3800 malaysian ringgit and its a huge money for me that im alone here . thanks my email Amin_ir@hotmail.com

You can choose to go to Commission of Oath where you can save some money. The commission of oath will charge abt RM 5 ringgit. You need to make a letter stating that they refuse to sign. Kindly put the date, time, address….

Find threads written by aidi. It’s quite helpful, but becos i’m still in the process of recovering my money too. I will get back to all if i have recovered back all my money.

If you are going to the police station, you will have to go to the nearest police station where you encountered this scam. If possible, take photos of the items that you have received too. They will write a report for you. Then you use this report and attached to the tribunal borang 1.

Go to the tribunal to file your report and try to photostat 3 copies of the receipts and anything that they have given to you i.e credit card transactions for RM5.00. you need to write 3 copies of the tribunal borang 1 and the tribunal staff will help you. After which, you need to send the borang 1 via VR(registered mail) or by hand. If by hand, you will have to get a company stamp from them to show that they had acknowledged this borang 1 form and you just wait for the hearing which is around 1.5 months.

If the company refused to stamp on your borang 1 form, you can go to any lawyer firm with a fee and make a vow stating that they refused to stamp on that borang 1 form and this can still be used for the hearing. This is what the tribunal staff told me.

i’m not surprised, nama pun devil!…..memang kerja devil tu menipu org je…. what admin said is true, hari ni kita aniaya org, esok kita, anak beranak atau keturunan kita mungkin akan kena balik, kesian manusia mcm si devil ni…org yg tak percaya kpd balasan TUHAN….senang sekejap aje kat dunia ni…

i have became the latest victim on this today….i wish i knew about this earlier.. all i have is their receipt and the products which i already open and use…can i fight to get back my money i paied RM2680 for their products..i dont care if they want to take back their items, i just want my RM2680 back..please help
