I’ve read here many, many times how Welley Corporation scamming staff promised to re-sell their scam products, on behalf of victims.
Do not believe this nonsense! They will of course “re-sell” their cheap Chinese imports, but as prizes to the next victim. You will never see a single cent from the proceeds.
This is yet another way how they scam their victims multiple times over:
- Offer lucky draw (scratch and win) coupons
- Victim will win their product
- Offer a second round coupon
- Victim will again win more stupid Welley Corporation products
- Will offer to re-sell the useless Welley Corporation products
At the end of the day, you will lose not only your money to their scams… more victims will then be sold the “prizes” you so-called won.
My advise is to take the stupid Welley Corporation items, lodge a police report and Tribunal case. Then, wait for your hearing, which you’ll win anyway because KPDNHEP already knows about these scammers (but why they never take the initiative to bring these bastards down is a mystery).
However, do not use any of those products! Just keep them “as is”.

hey people,
here something i can share with you guys..
things to be done..
- police report (but contributed nothing at all!!)
- tribunal report - important (to get award)
- dispute transaction (if via credit card) - extremely important (i’ll tell you why its vital)
- kpdn report (just to inform kpdn that this company exist & harm to people. other than that, it contributes nothing much in order for you to get your money)
- MCA report directly to HQ in jalan ampang (the fastest way if you managed to get MCA letter to be faxed directly from MCA to the company. these bust*rd afraid of MCA - BUT DONT EVER TELL MCA THAT YOU GOT THESE INFO FROM INTERNET OR ELSE THEY WILL IGNORE YOU - ANY RACE MAY GO)
- NCC report - important (as NCC will give you the fully support to force kpdn to take actions)
- keep all the receipts (if you have any), business cards, address & contact number
- if ever you GO to the office, get any confirmation / promised / aggrement letter done earlier to be signed by yourself & company. You may put anything you wish as this can be evidence that they agreed / promised you anything - ask if you need further info from me.
Now.. for those who done credit card payments, dispute transaction is important (even the investigation - international standard - will take up to 45 days) as if the company Cabut or Closedown, you can still get the reversed-transaction, in other words, the transaction can be cancelled with the AWARD FROM TRIBUNAL. by sense, when tribunal order an award, you’re in the right side. Fax the Award copy to your credit card bank & this can be considered as your rights - and the dispute SHOULD BE SOLVED IN YOUR FAVOUR. if needs any clarification, just buzz me, but i guess i’ve given FULL info with FULL steps.
Additional - ensure you fill in the RIGHT DISPUTE TRANSACTION FORM as many of local banks are sucks at this! if possible, fax it directly to the fraud department DO NOT SEND IT TO CUSTOMER CARE/SERVICE.

i have became the latest victim on this today….i wish i knew about this earlier.. all i have is their receipt and the products which i already open and use…can i fight to get back my money i paied RM2680 for their products..i dont care if they want to take back their items, i just want my RM2680 back..please help

i’m the newest victim………actually they ask for me 2680 as well…but i just can pay them for 1200..because i’m just a student..i cant pay tat much….after tat i got a jade mattress…but the guy told me tat he would help me to sell tat product…but he keep on ignoring me..wat can i do…? i waiting for the money to pay my school fees……please help me!!!i wan my money back…….

i’m not surprised, nama pun devil!…..memang kerja devil tu menipu org je…. what admin said is true, hari ni kita aniaya org, esok kita, anak beranak atau keturunan kita mungkin akan kena balik, kesian manusia mcm si devil ni…org yg tak percaya kpd balasan TUHAN….senang sekejap aje kat dunia ni…

Find threads written by aidi. It’s quite helpful, but becos i’m still in the process of recovering my money too. I will get back to all if i have recovered back all my money.
If you are going to the police station, you will have to go to the nearest police station where you encountered this scam. If possible, take photos of the items that you have received too. They will write a report for you. Then you use this report and attached to the tribunal borang 1.
Go to the tribunal to file your report and try to photostat 3 copies of the receipts and anything that they have given to you i.e credit card transactions for RM5.00. you need to write 3 copies of the tribunal borang 1 and the tribunal staff will help you. After which, you need to send the borang 1 via VR(registered mail) or by hand. If by hand, you will have to get a company stamp from them to show that they had acknowledged this borang 1 form and you just wait for the hearing which is around 1.5 months.
If the company refused to stamp on your borang 1 form, you can go to any lawyer firm with a fee and make a vow stating that they refused to stamp on that borang 1 form and this can still be used for the hearing. This is what the tribunal staff told me.

You can choose to go to Commission of Oath where you can save some money. The commission of oath will charge abt RM 5 ringgit. You need to make a letter stating that they refuse to sign. Kindly put the date, time, address….
