Then go to the Tribunal to file a case against them. Once you get the form from the tribunal, go to the office with a few friends to ask them to stamp onto the tribunal form and ask them to get the cheque from their HQ as soon as possible (state the time e.g. 7 days), so that you will close the case once everything is settle.
