Adinda kena buat aduan. Saya buat aduan dekat JB tetapi mendapat layanan yang baik dan tunjuk ajar yang sepenuhnya. Saya berjaya menuntut wang saya balik melalui tribunal. Teruskan saja.

I pass my aduan case to kpdn kakak salifa pegawai Penguatkuasa last two weeks , but kakak salifa who hold this case has been on leave , after called and called still have to wait another 2 days she back to work , till now , not yet make tuntutan tribunal , also yet to talk to kakak salifa . i am worry this relay , for their reason is siasat ( Sepcial Investigative ).

I’m posted my bad experience with ezono network few months ago. Since then I fight to get what is mine and finally the justice is served when I got my money back. I falled into the same tactic and I hope you guys don’t give up and let them get away so easily. However those guys still out there trying to lure innocent people. Even the day I won my case in tribunal, I went back from court to parking area same people offering this lucky draw… they have taken thing too far, right into law front yard.
Last time I visited their premises, they had up their game. Amazing with luxury office and dozens of recognition certificate from POLICE, KPDN and Municipal Council. Infact with high rank police dress hang on the walls. I try to warn one or two people infront office door but no effect. I won’t blame them with such gimmick lies in their vary eyes.
For those who realise been scammed and make a report, their will offer to negotiate for half refund. And if the case put into tribunal, their will ask you to drop your case before any refund can be negotiated. Don’t fall for their tactic because these are pre-established script for them steal you hard earned money right on your vary eyes.

semalam petang someone from penzone call me, tanya hal resit. Pastu i kata nak balik 4k. Dia kata nak confirm dulu dengan manager dia. Malam jam 9 lebih sky lim call me nego for RM2100 refund only. Saya kata nak full refund tapi dia still kata “tak bolehlah”…pastu i tetap kata nak RM4k jugak n barang2 dia i akan return semua. Tula dia tetap kata tak bole pastu dia kata “tepulanglah” then terus letak telefon…
Rasanya pegawai yang handle case Taman Desa Tebrau tu orang yg sama handle case saya. She’ll be back 2 work tomorrow. Saya fikir orang kpdn dah call penzone, tu fasallah si sky lim call me…cuma saya belum yakin leh dapat balik sume $$$$ saya…

sya kena tipu dgn penzone nih 29/5/2007 but till now i’ve never get the opportunity to go to the the tribunal or make a police report. Boleh tak saya buat tuntutan lagi???..ada had masa tak untuk buat tuntutan tu????

Haruskah saya kembali ke tribunal lagi dan submit je form tuntutan tu atau tunggu info dari pegawai tu spt yg dijanjikan…saya rasa susah untuk dapatkan cop Penzone (hantar form tuntutan by hand) sebab b4 this saya ada nak bagi surat pembatalan kontrak jualan langsung tu tapi the Sky Lim didnt want to sign it…kalau through post, mgkin tak dapat balik AR card…opinion please..

I kena 6.8k , sky lim call me kata boss dia hanya boleh pulangkan 4.5k kepada saya dan Nano Micro itu saya tidak boleh pulangkan. saya kata kita jumpah kat tribunal sajalah . tomorrow jumpah pegawai tu , saya akan buat tuntutan dan fax sajalah ke 07- 7398845 . sama-sama polis report .

jika fax borang tuntutan, perlu dengan surat akuan terima atau tidak? Setahu saya in hearing kena ada kad akuan terima,kan? Kalau tak chances 50-50. Saya masih berfikir sama ada nak tunggu pegawai tu atau terus ke tribunal semula. Hari ke 30 dah hampir dari tarikh pembayaran yg saya buat..risau ni. Dah 2X saya ke kpdn…tp tak buat tuntutan tribunal.. Borang i dah ambil.. what do u think?

Sky Lim 012 366 8158 is one of the big gun there. But please do not reduce. They will call you on the full refund later. When he call, you should be firmed. Tell him that you will not reduce and see him in tribunal or court if you need too. I get hit the same branch. He drove a BMW and a young chap.
My case, at the end, they pay in full but miss the RM 4 bank charge due to miscommunication on my part. That is why I leave that out.

Please bring a friend with you when handing over the letter. If Sky Lim refuse to sign, ask you friend to witness, state the time and date. Go to “Pesuruhjaya Sumpah”, ask your friend to make a declaration stating that he witness the handing over and Sky Lim refuse to sign. State the time, date, venue,…… all related info in the “angkat sumpah” declaration form. Get the Commission of Oath to endorse. Then you are covered. You can get this Commission of Oath near court or near Immigration Office, Johor Bahru.
