If anybody comes to your house and tries to sell products with brands named above, chances are he or she is a Welley Corporation scammer. If you have dogs, unleash them onto the scammer; if not, chase them out of your house as quickly as you can.
All Welley Corporation products are cheap, low quality Chinese imports where the production methods are questionable. And they are definitely not even worth 10% of what the Welley Corporation scammers are trying to sell them to you for!

hey guys need ur adv out here…i already got the award from KPDN but unfortunately the com change name to freshway, as the award given is to penzone. i already appeal on the award as it is over 14day oledi. now what should i do? will i still get the refund???

hello…i oso face the same problem which they said tat i hav a lucky present..can u guys please tell wat should i do now…since i paid for rm1200 for the bullshit jade mattress….they told me tat mattress which worth4000++..after tat…the guy told me tat he could help me to sell off the product…is it true?

Guys, it happen to me.. every single detail of what have you came across.. Right now i’m filing for a claim at Tribunal Tuntutan Pengguna Malaysia (TTPM). When i surf the web, suprisingly there is one sample case that quite similar to what happen to us. She did file a claim at TTPM and she won back what had she lost. Damn these scammers! I’ll make sure they will learn!

to marcus, it has happen to me. they said that they want to help me to sell the jade matress and other goods to a tauke from singapore! the ship will come and they will pay you in cash. What the hell!

I was approached by this young guy (he claimed to work part time with the company)in front of RHB Bank, near plaza OUG. He asked me to tear off some sort of voucher and see if I could win some price. He then said I won some great prizes that only 200 person in Malaysia could win it. He called up his supervisor (William) and confirmed the news. I went to their office at Kuchai Lama and waited for him. There is another chinese guy working for him. I called up my friend and told that I won something from the company namely Nabinco Network Sdn Bhd only to realize that the whole thing was setted up. I paid RM200 and the person in charged (William) said he could pay the rest of the amount on my behalf. The total that I was supposed to pay is RM 5600. And upon paying the rest of the remaining amount, I will scan my voucher and examine which grand prize that I could win (toyota altis, kancil, jade matress, cash price from rm6000 at least till rm10k).I could get Multi-function reflexologist, microwave owen and d-tech home theatre instantly. I saw shown the newspaper cutting and the picture of the winning families. When he showed me the list of what I’m paying for (RM5600), I was shocked. I asked if I could photostat the list, and he said no and that he will list down for me.

By right, u can request any money u paid to them. Try to do the talking first. If they refuse, lodge a police report and then head to any nearby TTPM branch (Putrajaya or PWTC ones) and make a tribunal report. Make sure u have the receipt with u, and if u got it, keep it properly as it is your roof of payment to these bastards.
Then wait for ur hearing which usually take 2 months (the stupid part here)from the report made. Lastly, do not ever give out any single cent of ur hard earned cash to these bastards without giving a fight! This is the consumer right!

Thanks for the advice. I will call them up for refund. But in order, to make a tribunal report, I have to get his IC, isn’t it? I’m still having the receipts with me.
