This is the list of known brand names of Welley Corporation scam products:

- Yusho
- Shinkawa
- Kenko
- Nakachima
If anybody comes to your house and tries to sell products with brands named above, chances are he or she is a Welley Corporation scammer. If you have dogs, unleash them onto the scammer; if not, chase them out of your house as quickly as you can.
All Welley Corporation products are cheap, low quality Chinese imports where the production methods are questionable. And they are definitely not even worth 10% of what the Welley Corporation scammers are trying to sell them to you for!

I also got conned by this company, Penzone Marketing Sdn Bhd just few days ago. Now in a process of filing a complaint and make a claim at the Tribunal Tuntutan Pengguna to get back my money. I have googled & found out there were a lot of similar cases being reported to this Tribunal & chances of me getting back my money is very good.
Their modus operandi was exactly like what Zara’s Mama has described and some more after that they still have the guts to ask me to belanja them makan!!
So people be careful & for those already “kena” like me, let us report this ’scam’ to the Tribunal Tuntutan Pengguna.

All this brand up there from the survey of my check..all from china factory n even dat cost is cheap like u go pasar buy meat n vegetable!!all dis were so cheap n Not standard quality product..rely not knowing such dis kind of product can make their company become big..somemore the way they using to sales all dis product is illegal n behind the LAW!!why their company will stand until today?is it our country having problem to solve all dis scam?

Hello people,oh dear..you know what? I’ve been duped by those pple from Penzone Marketing..Haiz..I was doubting them all the way but I guess my husband and I finally gave in to them when we were promised the possibility of getting “great winnings”. Duped into paying the RM 3K plus, we even had to belanja them makan still..We were so idiotic to have been tricked by them!And today, having stumbled into this page by real coincidence, I really am pissed off now!..so how pple any advice on my next step? where and how do i go about getting my money back?Please help any kind soul?

File yor claim at Tribunal Tuntutan Pengguna, Insya-Allah you will get your money back, if you follow all the procedures. That what I did and the Penzone Marketing people called me yesterday (03/09/07) saying that the refund cheque is ready for me to collect. FYI I filed my case on 14/06/07.
Or you can try calling this number: 1800 888 68 (FOMCA). Friend of mine also got cheated and she called this number and made a complaint, the next day the culprit called her and issue her a cheque, no hassle… you just have to fax to them few relevant documents such as receipt etc. (they will let you know what they want) Give it a try….

oh my god, after reading this page i feel my father have been cheated also with the same way as they mention above. i even more worse i have used almost 6k. Jeffrey is there any chance for me to get back the money as i am using the credit card they even charged me for the credit card fees. Is the hotline really Help? what is the actual procedure to be done. please adv.

Harapan untuk dapat balik duit tu memang ada & agak baik. Saya baru sahaja collect cheque dr Penzone Marketing, Puchong pg tadi (08/09/07) & dah bank in pun, sekarang cuma tunggu cheque tu utk clear shj, baru saya bole tarik nafas lega.
lik mun, you can file your claim at the Tribunal Tuntutan Pengguna. You can download the relevant form (Borang 1) from the Internet, just google for “Tribunal Tuntutan Pengguna”. Send this form to the Tribunal in 3 copies and you will be charged RM5 fee. The rest just follow instructions from the tribunal. If all goes smoothly, you will get your refund in 2 to 3 months time, like my case. I filed my claim at the Tribunal on 14/06/07 & the Penzone people called me to collect the refund cehque on 03/09/07.

They will ask you to bring the product when you collect the cheque. If according to the award they are supposed to pay you first, then only you return the products but you wouldn’t want to drag this matter further. I would recommend that you bring along the products when you collect your refund, as long as you get your money back and get it over and done with, so that you don’t have anything to do with them ever again.

my friend has been scammed as well, just this morning! the same story goes as above. some girl came, conducted a survey and proceeded to enroll in a scratch and win contest, and the rest is history when my friend has to buy products worth RM 7K plus in order to open the scratch card to know which prize he won. and guess what he won some more dubious branded products. i’m too pissed to write very long. we’ll try to lodge complaint against them at the tribunal. the freshway worldwide outlet i went is at jalan kuchai lama. wish me luck. tony old klang road.

Hi all,
We just received a special guest today from Worldwide Freshway Sdn Bhd. I believe the modus oprandi has change. Now they will persuade you with the sweet mouth telling that this is not a scamm. She really dare to gave her IC to prove that this is not scamm. As ussual 1st they pretend like doing some market research and bla..bla.. next they will ask you to write\sign a card as a prove to their supervisor that they are diong they Job\interview. Coincidently (yeah.. right) she tore the cards and behind the small purple card showing that you are the lucky winner to win Major prizes as shown in the News paper..( Wow!) She will be explainning how it goes when you come for prize ceremony giving. You will be advised to wait for “some Reporter” to publish this in the news paper( Great to hear that!!) I even asked “if happen to be i win Altis, when ill get the car? the answer is .. you will get it on the spot, thus to avoid cheating… believe that!! .. luckly my Streamyx is not offline and i found this website..if not…2morrow will be my baddest day in my life!!
