Won Tribunal Case Against Wijaya Marketing

As predicted, it turns out that Wijaya Marketing Sdn Bhd and Welley Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd are not only scammers, but gutless cowards as well.

They didn’t have any of their uneducated criminal staff present to represent their scamming company during my hearing.

When dealing with people who found out about their scam, they tend to throw tantrums and abuse. Even threatening consumers with big words. However, they don’t even have the balls to attend the tribunal. That’s typical of cowardly scammers, lead by their Chief Scamming Officer, Alan Tan Chiang Hwa.

Regardless, I won my claim.

If Wijaya Marketing, Sinuri Marketing, or any other scamming subsidiaries of Welley Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd thinks that this is the end of my fight… You’re not only scammers but undeniably stupid as well.

This battle has ended… and I won. However, the war is just beginning to get interesting.

    can u give me their HQ number & all other info? cause i same with u, cheated by same branch, until now also not yet get back the money. KPDN seem like cannot help anything about it also. my case already 10months

    Hi rachel,

    Is the phone busy or had been diverted to fax? They are actually using the phone as well as the fax on the same line. You will have to wait until someone finally took up the phone. And i find it funny is that their lunch time is usually around 12pm - 2pm, so you will not be able to get through the number. Try calling early in the morning or around 3pm.

    today, i call to their HQ. i politely ask them for the manager in charge. the lady (spoke mandarin) said no manager around. so i said, i want to ask about the refund. she said must call back the agent. so i ask for the agent number in puchong. then i call puchong. the number cannot get through (busy tone) F*******

    how???

    Erm… i need the toll free number also. my case almost same as rachel, won the tribunal case but still not yet get back the money. i call KPDN and they say i should request the refund by myself, they wont help me in this.

    so now i need the number to call their HQ, then mention that the award they have recieved more than 5months already. is it any other better way to talk with them so that they can afraid and faster refund?

    hye just want to know.smalam saya ade purchase barang kitchenqueen -microwave and dapat 2 barang harga 5k-dapur and vacumm. name company die suria saujana.i dapat 3 barang tuh on the spot. just wanna know ini scam jugak ke atau memang ok?

    I agree with Sad. You need to keep on follow up with your claim status. Like my case, even after I hand over the tribunal award by hand to the office, only after I call did they know I actually won the case. I mentioned to them, the 14-days period were almost up and if they didn’t return my money their shop will be shut down.

    At first, the staff said she no longer work, so I called the toll free number and asked for the branch manager name & contact no.

    Luckily the branch manager entertain my request. I suspect since the branch is still new, so they can’t afford KHPDN to close their shop. They said once the cheque from the HO comes they will contact me.

    Last tuesday I got called from the company, and I get the full refund of my claim.
