As predicted, it turns out that Wijaya Marketing Sdn Bhd and Welley Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd are not only scammers, but gutless cowards as well.
They didn’t have any of their uneducated criminal staff present to represent their scamming company during my hearing.
When dealing with people who found out about their scam, they tend to throw tantrums and abuse. Even threatening consumers with big words. However, they don’t even have the balls to attend the tribunal. That’s typical of cowardly scammers, lead by their Chief Scamming Officer, Alan Tan Chiang Hwa.
Regardless, I won my claim.
If Wijaya Marketing, Sinuri Marketing, or any other scamming subsidiaries of Welley Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd thinks that this is the end of my fight… You’re not only scammers but undeniably stupid as well.
This battle has ended… and I won. However, the war is just beginning to get interesting.

hi victim,
Actually you should send the tribunal report by register letter and they will give u the reciept. what i know, only register letter had A.T Card. when postman send the letter at the premese and nobody there, he will give a red card to remind a reciever to collect a letter at post office.
I’m not sure about post laju. actually postman should give the letter to reciever and get the signature from reciever if they already recieved the letter. but it happened to me, postman just leave the letter in my post box and didn’t get my signature. actually what they do is fault. maybe they want to clear the letter.
by post express we get barcode and we can check from post malaysia website the status of the letter by enter the barcode. if the letter had sent in the post office near by address we want to send the letter u can call the reciever. ask them, they recieved or not the letter.

i am (well, my hubby is) the latest victim of this GLOTRON marketing. sh*t. the modus operandi was amazingly the same. even worse, the salesboy really had the guts to come back to my housing area and tried his ’spell’ to someone else. actually, we felt sick in the stomach just right after we opened the ‘angpau’ that stated the prize was an electrical stove. but, we swiped the credit card…:( they told us that the biggest prize was a toyota altis and the smallest prize was rm3300.00. what they didn’t highlight was, there are a couple of stupid things in between such as a matress and an electrical stove! immediately after 10 minutes leaving their office, we called them back and said we’d like to return the goods and would like a FULL REFUND. their answer was, their ‘boss’ was not around — had a meeting in KL — will be back tonite — call back on monday (it was sunday then.) we did. we even went there and they made us write a refund letter to their 20-year-old boss, infront of one of their lady staff (which was sooooo stupid when i come think of it!). until today, we have called about… 10 times but the answer was simple — owh, bos belum buat keputusan! hmm.. how lovely!! it’s been 2 weeks and the boss is still incapable of making a small decision.
i’m really glad i checked up this moron company info on the net. you guys have helped us a lot in gaining our strength to make a report out of this foolish incident. just now, we called the person-in-charge at glotron. guess what? the same answer as before. so, we said to him, if we didn’t get the cheque by today, we are going to make a report to the police and the consumer tribunal. so, pray that he’ll call us back!
i’m really sick of this. sometimes i feel like i’m still sleeping and having a nightmare. when i wake up, all of these will go away.

Last week (24.Dec 2006)i also got cheated by the b**t**d salegirl (Ang Ni Ni I/C No: 840820-10-5492 (h/p no : 016-9481535 /016-6880821)and Tan Lee Ching I/C No: 840821-10-5136) from Glotron marketing who came to my house on the pretex of conducting ‘feasibility survey’ for new supermarket to be built in my area..the modus operandi is similar to that of described by all the victims in this forum.
At first they told told me i ve won the lucky draw most probably a toyota altis
and asked me to buy 3 products worth RM3400 as its prerequisite . When i refused they offered 2 products at RM1700..but i still refused..at the time they had spent about 2 hour at my house ..i got fed-up and keep telling them i am not interseted at all and asked them to get out of my house.finally they offered the kenko energy water filter at RM1000…at that point a was trapped..
I got the water filter at RM1000 via credit card transaction (at their office at 35-2, Jalan Batu Nilam 4, Bandar Bukit Tingi Klang Tel/fax no: 03-33235176).
The next day i check out the price of the alike water filter at Tesco kajang.. i found out costway energy water filter is available at RM560 for member (it cost u only RM60 to be a member). I felt i was totally cheated..since then I’ve been trying to get my money back from the company but they refused and challenged me to lodge a police report.
Today i also got a flyer that shows alike water filter of delcol brand is only costs RM368.
After talking to khairul (one of the victims above) I plan to lodge a report at kajang police station and consumer tribunal as well. I am also considering engaging group of people led by Azha Zahalan as suggested by arm912. what do u all think? Which one is more ok? pls advise me.
Apa kata semua victim pakat ramai2 pi office diaorang?

we lodged a police report the other day. that very morning, we called glotron once again. we ‘gertak’ these morons and said that we are going to the tribunal and the police. surprisingly, one and half hour later, they called us back and said they are willing to pay back but only rm2200.00. we can keep the ‘prize’ (but we cannot get our rm1000.00 ++ back!!) if it’s a prize, why do we have to pay?? we were soooo pissed off coz after all these days, they were like taking their own sweet time to give feedback. but after hearing “the police” they somehow manage to give refund. and all of these thinking and decision by the ‘boss’ only took him less than 2 hours!!
we told that lady, we still insist on full refund. no way we’re gonna give away rm1000.00 ++ for free! after ‘belasah’ her a little bit, she told that she couldn’t give a decision. have to ask ‘boss’ (by the way, this ‘boss’ is only like.. what… 18 years old???) she asked for more time that is up to wednesday.. (since monday n tuesday are holidays).
we said okay. but, what we didn’t tell her was we are still going to the tribunal, whether we get the full refund or not.
i say we go for it, people. these kind of cretins shouldn’t be on this world after all. let’s do what we can do.

well, in my case, i called them up and said that i wanted to lodge a report to the police and the consumer tribunal as well (which i did later on). i was firm on my stand that i wanted a FULL REFUND. not less. it took me about 3 days to know whether i can get the full refund or not and 7 days to wait for the cheque. this morning, they called me and said the cheque is ready and i can collect it today or tomorrow. to be on the safe side, i suggest that you make a police report as well. and tell them that you did all these things. and… don’t forget to pray to Him as well.

My husband was another victim of this Welley Corp in December :(. Their rep came to our house in Perak, to cut the story short, they used the same modus operandi! Almost got us into a fight because I sensed something fishy right from the beginning but my husband could’nt see right through the acting that these people put on
(sigh). They even promised to have the items sold to their friend who was supposedly “rep” from “Sen Heng” if we were not satisfied with the products. My husband went with those leeches to their office in Bukit Mertajam to claim his “prize” which was an electric stove. All in all he paid RM3497.00 for (3 items and the “prize”). Of course, they refused to take back the products but had the guts to call my husband the next morning telling him that he has won another prize which might be a Toyota Altis provided that he buy their products worth RM20,000!!!!
They said they will have the products sold to the “Sen Heng rep” if my husband pays the RM20,000. Now my husband realizes that he has been cheated. We are not sure what to do. Would like to find out how much exactly are those products worth.
