As predicted, it turns out that Wijaya Marketing Sdn Bhd and Welley Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd are not only scammers, but gutless cowards as well.
They didn’t have any of their uneducated criminal staff present to represent their scamming company during my hearing.
When dealing with people who found out about their scam, they tend to throw tantrums and abuse. Even threatening consumers with big words. However, they don’t even have the balls to attend the tribunal. That’s typical of cowardly scammers, lead by their Chief Scamming Officer, Alan Tan Chiang Hwa.
Regardless, I won my claim.
If Wijaya Marketing, Sinuri Marketing, or any other scamming subsidiaries of Welley Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd thinks that this is the end of my fight… You’re not only scammers but undeniably stupid as well.
This battle has ended… and I won. However, the war is just beginning to get interesting.

Hi…just to update you on my case. I filed my case at the tribunal office this morning….I so do hope that everything will turn out well for us. The lady at the helpdesk said GT Power usually attends the tribunal court sessions, fighting all out. Some have won, while there have been those who weren’t so lucky :(.
Anyway, just to report. Last night my husband went to their premise, initially to get their photostated i/c (making agreement that they will sell our stuff and give us back our money). In the evening they called back my hubby telling him to come on friday instead because he has a meeting to attend. Anyway, hubby went ahead, with the intention of taking some pictures of the ‘prize items’ there. Guess what? There was another ‘victim’ there, and when my hubby was there he was holding that same prize we won, which supposedly only 2(or was it3?) people has won, and supposedly we were the last to win such a prize!! Hubby took a picture of this, and signalled to this man to get lost. ANyway, another of their staff came over and took my hubby upstairs, where there was another lady on the phone (? talking to boss?). So hubby said, he wanted a full refund. They immediately said ok, but said they needed time, till FEb 7th, for some reason that I couldnt quite comprehend. So hubby said, fine, put that in black and white, otherwise no deal.
But we went ahead and filed the tribunal report anyway, because it was so, so obvious now that they are cheaters!

OOhh, it got through! Anyway, we have put through our tribunal complains, and handed it to GT– the lady there, Amy kept telling my hubby that he’s not doing the right thing, and that the company will just kame things difficult like trying to delay things, and maybe even delay payments, if granted. She also said that there are cases where people have failed to get anything at all!
But we are just praying that God will be on our side, and that everything will work out well for us. According to the officer at the tribunal office, GT is a direct sales company, so the 10-days cooling period should apply. SO am keeping my fingers crossed, and I will update you later on what happens to this case. Will get a date probably first week on Jan. Cheers!

that’s means u have chance to refund back the item and get your money back within 10 days. If your hubby made payment by credit card, go to the bank and fill in the dispute form. Attach your tribunal report and receipt.

can i contact you? as i was being scam also by this fancy-ed marketing. since u already got ur refund, may i kno, what is the step taken as i want to give their things and take my money back?The salesgal said to me,she will sell those things i bought tonite and if tonite she is gone, i will go to their premise and refund….can i?…please gimme advise as i cannot stay calmly now coz this things keep bothering me…please help me.what shud i said to them if i wanna have my refund?

At first, be calm and relax. I know the feeling of being cheated.
Make a few copies of the receipt, go to the nearest tribunal and make your report. You have to pay RM 5 for the stamp duty, I supposed.
The officer in-charge will help you to prepare the report. In my case, I and my husband went to Putrajaya KPDNHEP. You can check their website for the address.
They will keep one copy of the report, one copy for you and another one you must send to Fancy-ed office through registered post or ‘poslaju’.They will set a date for the hearing day.
Then, you just wait for your hearing date or the person from the company will call you to further negotiate once they got the report. If no reply from them, you also can make a police report for precaution of any sequences.
Make no further deal with them and always ask for full refund. If they want you to return all their goods and they return your money, prepare the refund letter. I can give you a sample of our refund letter to them (rosfa@hotmail.com). Make two copies (for you and the company). Make sure they sign the letter and with their company stamp.
In our case, the cheque they gave us have shown different company, not the fancy-ed. And the company is based in Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang.
Bring your friends along in case you need to return their goods but make sure they already prepare the cheque. Make no further negotiation and always ask for full refund. Good Luck and you can e-mail me for further advise. I’m very glad to help.

Its happen on 20Dec06. i had been cheated as wat u had experience before. When I just wish to left Citibank, puchong after made payment for my credit card, one young guy saying im lucky guy. Can win one of the product of Perdana, Myvi, kancil, massage chair and motorcyle. Then, i had sign the agreement and pay them RM3888. Finally, i get those low quality gift as below:
1) Giant water purifier (MF 5065)
2) Electromagnetic-wave pulse foot massager (EW 2506)
3) Massage Chair (MC 5138)
i did call En Adnan(shah alam)… he ask me call En. Sekar who investigate this case right now. But i cant get En. Sekar coz he always not in ofice and he is on leave today(22Dec06). Do you mind briefly tell me… all your step… i have couple of question as below:
1) Do you get all the FULL refund ?
2) Will it safe if i sent the Tribunal Report by Postlaju. Any step i can do if they never return the A.T (Akuan Terima) card?
3) If i sent the Tribunal Report by myself, who will gonna chop and sign? Manager?
4) What kind of reason i need to give for this conned case when hearing? I know this conned case from internet. Can i say so in the court?
5) When is the correct time i return all the product and let them sign & chop the REFUND LETTER?
6) How do i block the credit card transaction. I had call OCBC bank, they need me to fill in dispute form. Can i only attach police report and tribunal report to bank? Do i need to attach REFUND Letter as well?
