As predicted, it turns out that Wijaya Marketing Sdn Bhd and Welley Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd are not only scammers, but gutless cowards as well.
They didn’t have any of their uneducated criminal staff present to represent their scamming company during my hearing.
When dealing with people who found out about their scam, they tend to throw tantrums and abuse. Even threatening consumers with big words. However, they don’t even have the balls to attend the tribunal. That’s typical of cowardly scammers, lead by their Chief Scamming Officer, Alan Tan Chiang Hwa.
Regardless, I won my claim.
If Wijaya Marketing, Sinuri Marketing, or any other scamming subsidiaries of Welley Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd thinks that this is the end of my fight… You’re not only scammers but undeniably stupid as well.
This battle has ended… and I won. However, the war is just beginning to get interesting.

i think it is not so easy now. i have waited for 6 months. i didnt get my money yet. i have
a) went to tribunal
b) went for the court hearing
c) went to make report to KKDN
so should i continue to wait or what? the 3 items still in my house. i plan to return them before money because i really hate to see it everyday. i didnt open the 3 box at all
what do u think i should do?

Call the hotline or the Penang HQ and telling them that you have the award and the KKDN will raid their place if they fail in refunding in 7 days time. State the branch you get cheated to them. Be professional when calling the Penang Branch. They will contact the branch you get cheated for refund. There is no need to call the branch that cheated you. This might help you. Do not give up. My case took about 3.5 months…….

sad, I am not too sure of this. Once the enforcement raid the place, you will have to attend the court proceeding if asked by the authority. However if they closed all claim case you may not need to attend but take time.
Those got cheated under Nabinco Network, you can get your refund. Coz usually they will cheat for a while to hit target before closing it.

successsharing: when calling the penang branch, who do i talk too? any specific name? or department?
i do have the phone number from the box. its a toll free line.

Yes, the toll free. No specific person but ask for the manager or supervisor in charge and tell him that you report is due and the enforcement is going to raid the company. If ask for your name, just tell him your full name and the branch you get cheated. It is the HQ and not the branch.

Hi all,
today i had went to the Nabinco Network at Taman Molek and ask for their company stamp and with a few of those that got cheated also, but from different branch. Then the guy told us that he will only handle my case becos it is from his branch and the other will have to settle at the other branch. Then he called the other branch manager in charge and the manager told them that they are on overseas.
Anyway, the manager had stamped and signed on the borang 1 form and signed a agreement that he will return my money in cash within 7 days.
If i had gotten the money, i will let all know asap!

Sad, go to the branch on the 8 working day with some friends… you are on track… and ready with a cheque banking slip. Remember to draft two copy of a simple letter stating all goods return in good condition and receive cheque number …………. (leave it blank - fill it on the spot)that will be subjected to clearance.
This will protect you in case the cheque bounce…. but so far I did not heard that it bounce… so far those got the cheque usually clear…….
